Strategic Vision and Business Planning

• Develops and implements strategic plans, marketing initiatives, and training programs to enhance employee and customer satisfaction, optimize sales, and ensure profitability.
• Monitors industry developments, market dynamics, and competitive landscapes to maintain a strategic advantage.
• Designs and executes business expansion strategies aligned with corporate objectives.
• Contributes to overall organizational growth through data-driven planning and execution.
• Establishes annual F&B budgets to align with financial and operational goals.

Operational Excellence and Performance Management

• Oversees corporate food court operations, ensuring efficient management of multiple cuisine counters and a central kitchen.
• Develops and executes diverse menu offerings tailored to client preferences and industry standards.
• Implements structured processes to monitor and control costs associated with food, fuel, and labor.
• Introduces and manages effective cash handling systems, including inventory and receivable tracking.
• Supervises Hunger box operations in Bangalore, optimizing service efficiency.
• Taking care of pest control activities along with the facility operations team.
  
  

Client Relations and Service Enhancement

• Ensures superior client experience through consistent service quality and adherence to corporate benchmarks.
• Conducts Monthly Meeting Reviews (MMR) with clients to assess service effectiveness and address concerns.
• Develops promotional strategies, recognition programs, and marketing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement.

Talent Development and Leadership

• Leads and supervises teams at multiple levels to maximize productivity and ensure operational efficiency.
• Fosters a culture of collaboration and strong employee relations, promoting a positive work environment.
• Oversees talent acquisition, training, coaching, and career development programs to build high-performing teams.
• Implements leadership development strategies and internal succession planning for sustained growth.
• Aligns corporate functions with operational goals to drive team synergy and performance.

Financial Oversight and Cost Optimization

• Develops and manages budgets to ensure financial stability and cost-effectiveness.
• Establishes monitoring frameworks to track operational expenses, including food, labour, and utilities.
• Implements strategic procurement practices to optimize spending and maximize resource utilization.

Regulatory Compliance and Quality Assurance

• Maintains stringent hygiene standards and ensures compliance with FSSAI guidelines.
• Conducts routine hygiene inspections and self-audits, reporting findings for corrective actions.
• Ensures adherence to industry regulations and corporate policies regarding food safety and business operations.

Supplier and Partnership Management

• Oversees procurement and vendor selection processes, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.
• Negotiates with suppliers to secure the best quality and pricing for goods and services.

Infrastructure Development and Facility Management

• Leads the planning and execution of new office F&B spaces, ensuring seamless operational setup.
• Manages end-to-end project execution, from procurement to operational launch.

Risk Mitigation and Crisis Preparedness

• Develops contingency plans to address operational disruptions and food safety concerns.
• Trains kitchen staff & pantry team for emergency response protocols to ensure business continuity.

Financial Growth and Revenue Optimization

• Implements cost-saving strategies to enhance profitability and financial performance.
• Tracks and evaluates key financial metrics to ensure sustained business continuity.

• Provides leadership that fosters team collaboration, accountability, and productivity.
