How you'll make an impact in this role
- Maintenance Operations: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to keep mechanical machinery, equipment, and facility systems operational.
- Repairs: Handle utility and structural repairs independently or in coordination with internal and external trades.
- Inspections and Documentation: Conduct equipment inspections and maintain accurate records according to departmental policies and vendor requirements.
- Resource Management: Oversee inventory and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
- Emergency Response: Provide timely support for emergency calls and fulfill other assigned responsibilities.
What minimum qualifications you'll need
Licensure / Certification / Registration:
- Maintenance Professional preferred.
- Maintenance Professional specializing in Mechanics preferred.
Education:
- High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
