How you'll make an impact in this role

• Maintenance Operations: Execute preventive and corrective maintenance to keep mechanical machinery, equipment, and facility systems operational.
• Repairs: Handle utility and structural repairs independently or in coordination with internal and external trades.
• Inspections and Documentation: Conduct equipment inspections and maintain accurate records according to departmental policies and vendor requirements.
• Resource Management: Oversee inventory and requisition materials and supplies as needed.
• Emergency Response: Provide timely support for emergency calls and fulfill other assigned responsibilities.

What minimum qualifications you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Maintenance Professional preferred.
• Maintenance Professional specializing in Mechanics preferred.

Education:

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
