## What you’ll do:

In this role, you will act as a 3ph UPS main trainer for service trainings for Field Service Engineers (FSEs) and Service Partners (ASPs). You will own and manage the training function at Vantaa and Dubai Training Centers, also create and maintaine training conceps, content and learning material. In addition, you will work as a technical support expert on Eaton EMEA 3ph UPS products across EMEA region, while ensuring alignment with training responsibilities and business priorities.

• Owns and manages the service training program in Vantaa Training Center for EMEA 3-phase UPS products.
• Acts as a primary trainer for 3-phase UPS Service trainings.
• Lead and develope trainings with Technical Support team and EMEA Service.
• Create training schedules and allocate other trainers as needed.
• Create training packages, elearnings, remote trainings and other materials together with Technical Support team and other stake holders.
• Organise necessary training equipment in Vantaa Training Center.
• Coordinate trainings with Dubai Training Center and other EMEA Training Centers.
• Contribute to the zero-incident culture supporting safety of field service engineers through instructions and training.
• Work as a technical expert in Technical Support team based on business priorities and training commitments:

• Support filed service engineers and customers with installation, commissioning, startup and maintenance of UPS systems.
• Provide senior-level technical support for complex field issues, challenging troubleshooting activities and critical customer escalations.
• Contribute in maintaining a comprehensive service knowledge base, technical documentation, field service bulletins and service guides.
• Participate new product development projects as a voice of customer and provide field service perspective.
• Give service related input to other stakeholders, for instance Engineering and Sales Support.
• Build collaboration with other teams, e.g. Customer Quality, EHS, Product Management, Service organization.

## Qualifications:

• University Degree
• Solid experience in Electrical and/or Power Electronics industry.

## Skills:

• Extensive experience in power electronics, 3-phase power systems and UPS architectures. Proven experience delivering technical training and developing training programs.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proactive, self-driven, Strong presentation and interpersonal skills, Customer-focused, Problem-solving and trouble shooting skills
• Technical leadership and mentoring mindset, Continuous Improvement, Safety Leadership.
