Plumbing Service Manager

Snyder Air Conditioning, Plumbing & Electric is seeking an experienced Plumbing Service Manager in Lake City FL to lead and grow our plumbing service operations. This role is responsible for driving performance, developing teams, and delivering a best-in-class customer experience while supporting continued business growth across our South Florida markets.

The ideal candidate is a strong leader who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about coaching technicians, improving processes, and elevating service standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily plumbing service operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and consistent customer satisfaction
• Coach, mentor, and develop Service Technicians and team leaders to improve performance and career growth
• Partner cross-functionally with dispatch, installation, sales, and warehouse teams to ensure seamless service delivery
• Monitor key performance metrics and forecasted goals; take proactive action to meet or exceed targets
• Handle escalated customer concerns and ensure timely, professional, and long-term resolution
• Lead regular team meetings focused on performance, training, safety, and company initiatives
• Provide ongoing feedback, coaching, and performance management to team members
• Promote and reinforce Snyder’s commitment to safety in all operations and training
• Foster a positive, team-oriented culture aligned with Snyder’s core values
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve processes, service delivery, and team performance

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of plumbing experience
• At least 3 years of leadership or supervisory experience managing plumbing teams
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities with a focus on team development
• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills
• Ability to analyze performance data and make strategic decisions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency with technology and service management systems
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
