We are seeking an experienced and highly driven Vice President of Sales to lead our Tampa branch sales organization. This role is responsible for overseeing both inside and outside sales performance, staffing, and strategy to meet aggressive sales and profitability targets. In addition to tactical branch-level leadership, this role serves as a key member of the executive leadership team, actively contributing to company-wide strategic planning and growth initiatives.
The VP of Sales will work directly in the field with sales associates, building customer relationships and ensuring execution of sales strategies at the ground level. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring a balance of strategic vision and tactical execution.
