What you'll do:
- Support execution of business plans by identifying operational needs and removing barriers to enhance performance.
- Manage cross-functional initiatives impacting store and corporate processes, including merchandising programs and communications.
- Provide insights and recommendations to senior management on merchandise priorities and system support developments.
- Develop and deliver training content, evaluate effectiveness, and update materials based on new procedures.
- Analyze data to drive solutions for business challenges and improve store processes.
- Build strong partnerships with stakeholders to implement business solutions and monitor progress.
- Model compliance with company policies and promote ethical standards in all activities.

The annual salary range for this position is $60,000.00 - $110,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
