Monitor quality KPIs and conduct data analysis to identify trends, risks and opportunities for improvement.
Act as the primary point of contact for critical consumer and customer quality complaints, providing leadership on investigations, corrective actions, stakeholder alignment and executive reporting where required.
Support and, when required, lead quality incident and crisis management processes within the country context, coordinating cross-functional teams and external stakeholders to ensure timely resolution and risk mitigation.
Drive quality improvement initiatives that strengthen customer satisfaction, consumer trust and operational performance.
Support Collaborative Manufacturing (CM) partners through audits, technical visits and continuous improvement activities.
Monitor quality-related stock provisions, blocked stock and waste management processes to minimize losses.
Influence and drive quality culture across business functions through training, coaching and leadership of continuous improvement initiatives.
Support the execution of digital quality systems, tools and platforms while contributing to standardization and best practice sharing across the European Quality network.
Lead and support on-shelf quality assessments as part of the Unmissable Brand Superiority program.
We're looking for someone who

Has several years of experience in Quality, Supply Chain, Manufacturing or R&D within the FMCG industry, with demonstrated ownership of complex quality and compliance agendas.
Brings strong knowledge of quality management systems, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Has experience working with audits, CAPA management, and quality performance monitoring.
Is comfortable analyzing data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actions.
Demonstrates strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively across functions and with external partners.
