Job Description
Allied Universal is looking to hire a Compliance Monitor. The Compliance Monitor will ensure the company is in compliance with all City, State and Federal and Contractual rules and laws governing the employment of all contractor personnel. This can include investigating, conducting audits and meeting with members of Operations and Human Resources.
- Position is: Full time
- Salary: $31.06 / hour
ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Those duties necessary to meet the minimum requirements of the position. Other duties may be assigned:
- Monitoring and certifying that all contractor personnel have completed and obtained all licenses required and that such is adequately reflected in their personnel files.
- Providing reports and documentation as requested by any authorized entity
- Monitoring and verifying compliance with all requirements set forth throughout the CNY master agreement
QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, the individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or experience required. - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Prior experience with NYS Security Guard Licensing law or HR experience is preferred but not necessary
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
- Energetic and focused personality with a demonstrated ability to take initiative, successfully handle and prioritize multiple competing assignments and effectively manage deadlines.
- Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office applications and able to effectively utilize all available office management technology.
- Professional, articulate and able to use good independent judgment and discretion. Must have proven ability to maintain correspondence, discussions and materials in strictest confidence. Must be able to work overtime as needed.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills required with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of the organization while functioning as a team player.
