Desired Competencies:

  • Collaboration: You work effectively with others across functions and levels, contributing to shared goals while respecting different perspectives.
  • Problem Solving: You identify issues, assess root causes, and implement practical solutions that balance speed, quality, and risk.
  • Planning & Organization: You manage time, resources, and priorities effectively to meet deadlines and deliver consistent results.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of purchasing or related experience preferred.
  • Foundational knowledge of supply chain management principles, including MRP, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Demonstrated ability to negotiate, influence, and resolve conflicts professionally and collaboratively.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
