Description
As a Senior Sales Executive at Dextra Pacific Plumbing Ltd, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and success of our dynamic organisation. Based in the vibrant Wan Chai District, this full-time position offers the opportunity to showcase your exceptional sales skills and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.
What you'll be doing
Promote plumbing products and achieve sales target set by the company.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and proactively address their needs.
Identify and develop new customer base, for example, government bodies, developers, landscape designers, architects, contractors, consultants, property management companies etc.
Involve in all aspects of sales activities, including product promotion, project co-ordination, quotation preparation, sample development follow up, customer and site visits and payment follow up etc.
Provide quality pre-sales and post-sales services and technical support to customers. Report customer complaints and help division manager to provide prompt and appropriate response.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
What we're looking for
Proven track record of success in a sales role, at least 5 years of sales experiences within the building material industry.
Experience in closing deals with landscape designers is highly preferred.
High diploma or above in marketing or engineering.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with a diverse range of clients.
Passion for providing exceptional customer service and building long-term relationships.
Candidates with less experience may be considered for the position of Sales Executive.
