The TD&O Program Enablement Specialist drives the business-owned execution of Truist's TD&O Early Career strategy. This role enables a strong candidate experience through business-side recruiting support, manages external partnership activations end-to-end, prepares host managers for a successful intern and rotational experience, and delivers a year-round communication program that keeps Truist top-of-mind with prospective early-career talent. The incumbent will translate TD&O's capability priorities into events, partner touchpoints, and prospective-talent engagement that convert to applications, offers, and hires. Success is measured by the strength of the candidate journey, the health of the TD&O partner portfolio, and the applicant tracking and hire-impact outcomes (ROI/ROO) of every activation.
In support of this role the incumbent will be expected to:
• Support the business side of Truist's early-career recruiting activities to create a differentiated candidate experience across every touchpoint, from first activation to offer acceptance.

• Own end-to-end execution of TD&O-hosted and co-hosted recruiting events and partnership activations, including run-of-show, day-of-logistics, materials, teammate engagement, and executive briefings.
• Drive structured post-event follow-up within 48 hours of every activation, ensuring candidate touchpoints, partner commitments, and internal actions are closed out.
• Manage year-round execution of contractual external partnership events, tracking partner deliverables against SOW milestones, and escalating risks in advance of key dates.
• Serve as TD&O's day-to-day operational contact for external talent partners, ensuring commitments are met, invoices align to deliverables, and outcomes are documented.
• Maintain the central TD&O partnership dashboard as the single source of truth for activation status, engagement, and outcomes.
• Design and manage a year-round talent communication program – branded around "What's Happening in TD&O" for prospective early-career talent Truist meets through partnership activations, campus events, and conferences.
