Description
Interested applicants must be available during the 12-week program (May 17th – Aug. 6th, 2027). This is a full-time internship (40-hours per week) based at our headquarters in Carmel, IN.
The Service Delivery Analyst Intern will support technical implementation activities, operational readiness, and cross-functional coordination across Enterprise Technology Group teams. This role will assist with tracking tasks, documenting requirements, communicating status updates, and helping resolve implementation or post-implementation issues.
The intern will gain hands-on experience partnering with business and technical stakeholders to translate business needs into actionable requirements, support process improvements, and ensure implementation work progresses effectively.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Assist with coordinating implementation activities across technical and business teams.
Track project tasks, milestones, action items, and deliverables to support timely completion.
Help document business requirements, process updates, meeting notes, and implementation details.
Support communication of project status, risks, blockers, and next steps to internal stakeholders.
Participate in issue tracking and follow-up efforts to help drive resolution across teams.
Assist with operational readiness activities, including documentation review, knowledge transfer, and transition support.
Support process improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues, workflow gaps, or opportunities to improve execution.
Qualifications (Education, Experience, Certifications & KSA)
Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program as a rising Junior or Senior, pursuing a degree in Information Systems, Infomatics, Data Analytics, or related field
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong verbal and written communication skills
