Key Responsibilities
Communication & Scheduling between customer/ 3-rd party vendor/ I-team/SBU Service team
Site preparation support (1:1 Drawing/etc)
Pre-installation support (Tool move-in/cabling/OHT rough alignment)
Local supply item support and trouble shooting (UT Covers/DVR/RCS/etc)
Customer audit support (Particle test/PIO test/etc)- Zero failure/Common Spec audit support with common spec team
Work with Install support Manager (i.e. Ramp-up manager)
Onsite support & Basic support (i.e. Technical Communication)
Tracking Install part & kit(POD /Shipment kit/etc.) / Returning to Office
Minimum Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications
BS in Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics Engineering and equivalent. (Associate degree is also available
Good communication skill in English
Preferred Qualifications
Over 1 years Samsung FAB experience with appropriated product training is preferred.
