Description
Overview
The Senior 340B Client Success Analyst supports covered entities and internal stakeholders through the setup, configuration, and ongoing optimization of 340B drug pricing program operations. This role leads or supports the technical and operational Deployment of split-billing software, claims data feeds, contract pharmacy arrangements, and eligibility processes, ensuring accurate program configuration and compliance with 340B Program requirements. The Analyst works cross-functionally with pharmacy, IT, revenue cycle, and compliance teams, and serves as a subject matter resource on 340B program mechanics, data integrity, and audit readiness. This is a remote, home-based position requiring a reliable, HIPAA-compliant home office setup and the ability to work independently across multiple client and internal engagements. As a senior member of the team, the incumbent independently leads the most complex Deployments, provides technical and process guidance to junior analysts, and serves as an escalation and mentorship resource within the function.
Salary Range: $100,000 to $115,000.

Responsibilities
- Lead and support end-to-end Deployment of 340B split-billing software (e.g., third-party administrator platforms) for new and existing covered entities, including build, configuration, and testing.
- Serve as lead analyst on the most complex or highest-visibility Deployments, and provide guidance to other analysts on best practices, troubleshooting approaches, and configuration standards.
- Configure and validate 340B eligibility logic, including qualifying patient definitions, location and provider mapping, and prescriber/visit data feeds.
- Coordinate onboarding of contract pharmacy arrangements, including data feed setup, claims matching logic, and replenishment configuration.
- Analyze pharmacy, medical claims, and eligibility data to identify discrepancies, data gaps, or configuration errors, and work with data/IT teams to resolve them.
- Support 340B program compliance activities, including self-audits, HRSA audit preparation, and manufacturer audit response, by compiling and organizing requested documentation.
- Document Deployment workflows, configuration decisions, and standard operating procedures for internal knowledge management.
- Serve as the primary escalation point and senior client-facing resource for assigned covered entities, including during high-stakes go-lives or complex issue resolution, responding to questions on program mechanics, timelines, and data requirements.
- Monitor post-Deployment performance, including capture rates and data feed accuracy, and recommend adjustments to improve program integrity.
- Stay current on HRSA guidance, 340B Program policy releases, and industry best practices; communicate relevant changes to internal teams and clients, and serve as an internal resource/trainer on policy changes for junior team members.
- Identify recurring Deployment issues or process gaps and recommend improvements to standard operating procedures, tools, or team workflows.
- Maintain accurate, organized records of Deployment activity, configuration files, and client communications in accordance with company and HIPAA data handling policies.
- Collaborate with pharmacy operations, compliance, contracting, and account management teams to support a smooth client experience.
- Escalate issues touching clinical decision-making, dispensing logic, or patient safety to appropriate clinical or compliance staff rather than resolving independently and ensure compliance with VytlOne Business Code of Conduct, as well as other company policies and procedure. Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
- Comply with VytlOne’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and VytlOne’s Compliance Program.
- Remain free from exclusion under the OIG and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
- Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
- Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
- Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
