Description
- Be a central resource for pricing analysis, recommendations, and reporting across the Revenue Growth Management team and with cross-functional partners
- Perform advanced pricing analysis using multiple data sources to develop actionable recommendations on list pricing, promotional strategy, and trade investments
- Analyze market trends, product volume, margins, competitive pricing, commodity markets, and promotional tactics to identify opportunities and risks
- Translate complex data into clear insights, strategies, and presentations for leadership decision-making
- Partner with Sales, Finance, Brand, and Category teams to align pricing and trade strategies with broader business objectives
- Lead cross-functional efforts to implement new or enhanced pricing processes, tools, and methodologies
- Build and maintain reporting and measurement frameworks to monitor pricing execution and effectiveness
- Manage projects that leverage multiple data sources to support key pricing and trade initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 3+ years of business experience, including at least 1 year in consumer packaged goods (CPG) or similar industry
- Experience in Pricing, Category Management, Category Buying, Sales, Brand Finance, or a related field
- Experience performing complex analysis using multiple data sources to support pricing and trade decisions
- Advanced skills in Excel, including pivot tables, formulas, and data analysis
- Experience building presentations in PowerPoint to communicate insights and recommendations
- Strong analytical thinking with the capability to synthesize large amounts of data into clear, actionable insights
- Experience collaborating across multiple teams to influence decision-making and drive results

Compensation
Pay Range:$82,000-$120,000The annual salary listed above is the expected offering for this position. An employee’s actual annual salary will be based on but not limited to: location, relevant experience/level and skillset, while balancing internal Conagra employees’ equity. Conagra Brands will comply with applicable law regarding minimum salaries for exempt employees.
