Responsibilities
- Act as the main point of contact for engineering teams regarding spare parts documentation and repairability requirements.
- Promote After-Sales Engineering standards and spare parts requirements to engineering stakeholders during project development.
- Lead regular discussions with engineering teams and suppliers to ensure repairability and define spare parts breakdown structures.
- Define and maintain the spare parts offering for assigned vehicle and component portfolios throughout both project and series production phases.
- Assess the impact of engineering changes on spare parts documentation and serviceability.
- Create and maintain spare parts data and technical documentation in dedicated systems, ensuring alignment with technical and business policies.
- Collaborate with international teams to support locally integrated spare parts solutions.
- Drive standardization initiatives to improve documentation quality and consistency.
- Represent the After-Sales organization in cross-functional project and change management meetings.
- Analyze the impact of product changes and ensure service documentation remains accurate and up to date.
- Manage documentation-related alerts and ensure timely resolution of identified issues.
- Respond to internal and external requests related to spare parts documentation and service information.
- Continuously update and improve spare parts documentation for the vehicles and components within assigned responsibility.
Qualifications
- Technical degree in Automotive Engineering or a related field.
- Understanding of vehicle systems, spare parts, and after-sales processes.
- Experience with technical documentation and engineering data management.
- Knowledge of automotive engineering tools and documentation platforms: SIGNE, SIGNE PA, SIGNE Ordo, PHENIX, ODVPR, NPDM, One TCS, One View, One Dico, LUP, DOCPRIV, DIALOGYS, BVM, GCM.
- Intermediate or advanced English and/or French skills.
- Strong planning and organizational abilities.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work effectively across multiple projects and stakeholders.
- Adaptable, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
