About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Executive Governance Coordinator to join our Executive Leadership Team function, supporting the governance activities that underpin effective organisational performance.
Reporting to the Governance Manager, you will work closely with our Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Team and General Manager Risk & Compliance. You will coordinate executive and governance forums, prepare high-quality meeting documentation, maintain governance records, track decisions and actions, and support reporting, audit and assurance activities.
This is a highly trusted role for someone who brings structure, accuracy and follow-through to complex priorities. You will have meaningful exposure to senior leadership and play an important part in ensuring governance commitments are clearly recorded, communicated and delivered.

What You Will Do Here:
- Coordinate Key Governance Forums: Coordinate Executive Leadership Team, Senior Leadership Team, Board and other governance-related forums, ensuring agendas, meeting packs and supporting materials are prepared and distributed accurately and on time.
- Capture Decisions and Drive Follow-Through: Record clear meeting minutes, decisions and action items, then monitor progress and engage stakeholders to keep commitments moving.
- Maintain Trusted Governance Records: Manage action logs, decision records, policy registers and governance documentation with strong version control, accuracy and accessibility.
- Support Audit and Assurance Activities: Coordinate requests for information, evidence collection and stakeholder responses while maintaining audit action registers and tracking remediation activities.
- Enable Executive Reporting: Collate information for executive reports, dashboards, presentations and governance communications across organisational reporting cycles.
- Strengthen Governance Operations: Build productive relationships across the organisation and identify practical improvements to governance administration, reporting and coordination processes.
Who You Are:
- An Experienced Coordinator: You bring 2 to 5 years of experience in governance support, executive support, project coordination, PMO support, business operations or a related administrative role.
- Comfortable Supporting Senior Leaders: You have supported executive teams, senior leaders, committees, governance forums or business functions requiring discretion and confidentiality.
- Exceptionally Organised: You can coordinate meetings, maintain accurate records, track actions and manage competing priorities across multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
- A Clear Communicator: You produce professional agendas, minutes, reports, presentations and correspondence, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident With Microsoft 365: You are proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams. Experience with SharePoint, Planner, Perdoo or similar platforms is desirable.
- Proactive and Trusted: You take ownership, follow through on commitments, build positive stakeholder relationships and exercise sound judgement when handling sensitive information. Exposure to governance, audit, risk, compliance or assurance is desirable but not essential.
