- Track cash activity—inflows and outflows—across multiple entities.
- Research and resolve discrepancies; maintain clean, well-documented records.
- Support the Controller and CFO with variance analysis, auditor requests, and ad hoc reporting.
- Contribute to process improvement as the accounting function is rebuilt.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required.
- 4–6 years of accounting experience; multi-entity or real estate experience a plus.
- Solid working knowledge of journal entries, GL, AR/AP, and reconciliations.
- Ability to manage large data volumes accurately in a fast-paced setting.
- Advanced Excel skills (PivotTables, VLOOKUP required).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- CPA not required.
- Comfortable working onsite, full-time; strong attendance and physical presence expected.
Compensation
- Base salary range of $85,000–$100,000, depending on experience.
