HireNow Package
Base Hourly Compensation
- Minimum: $30.60 per hour
- Midpoint: associated with 10+ years of experience
- Maximum: associated with 18+ years of experience
Candidates should provide their preferred hourly rate during screening. Compensation expectations will be reviewed against relevant experience and the employer's pay structure.
Shift Differentials
- Nights: Additional $4.25 per hour
- Weekends: Additional $2.00 per hour
- Weekend nights: Combined differential of $6.25 per hour
Sign-On and Relocation
- $10,000 sign-on bonus listed through September 25, subject to eligibility and employer terms
- Relocation assistance considered on a case-by-case basis

Role Overview
Anticipated responsibilities include:
- Assess patients presenting with urgent and emergent healthcare needs.
- Prioritize nursing care based on patient condition and clinical findings.
- Monitor patient status and promptly communicate significant changes.
- Administer prescribed medications and treatments according to hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with providers, nurses, and other clinical professionals during emergency care.
- Educate patients and families about treatment, follow-up care, and discharge instructions.
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation.
- Follow patient-safety and infection-prevention procedures.

Required Qualifications
- At least one year of acute-care Emergency Room RN experience
- Current Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certification
- Active, unencumbered Florida RN license or an applicable multistate compact RN license authorizing practice in Florida
- No current or previous disciplinary action against any nursing license
- Availability for three 12-hour night shifts and rotating weekends
- Eligibility under the employer's application-history restriction
All RN licenses must be verified through Nursys for current and previous disciplinary actions. Under the employer's submission criteria, candidates with any nursing-license disciplinary history cannot be submitted.
