Job Title: E-commerce Merchandiser

Location: Remote or Austin/Cedar Park

Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 20 hours per week)

About the Role

MIRA Safety is seeking a detail-oriented, highly proactive E-Commerce Merchandiser / Amazon Channel Owner to take absolute end-to-end ownership of our Amazon business across North America and Europe.

In this role, you won't just wait for tasks to land on your desk—you will act as the ultimate driver of everything Amazon-related. Whether you are executing tasks directly or tracking down cross-functional team members to ensure deliverables cross the finish line, you are the single source of truth and accountability for our Amazon channel.

If you are a self-starter with deep Seller Central expertise, an obsession with account health, and a knack for driving projects forward without direct authority, we want to hear from you.

Core Responsibilities

Account Health, Compliance & Support

  • Monitor Daily: Track Amazon Account Health daily; log and escalate violations, restricted-product flags, and policy issues the same day they appear.

  • Case Management: Own all Amazon case management end-to-end (Seller Support, Issue Assistance, Strategic Account Services) with daily follow-ups until resolution.

  • Documentation: Keep compliance documentation current, including cGMP certifications, BAA/TAA attributes, and hazardous-materials filings.

  • Appeals & Claims: Review A-to-Z claims daily and manage marketplace suspensions or restricted-product appeals from opening to resolution.

Listings, Catalog & Inventory

  • Catalog Integrity: Maintain listing accuracy, storefront visibility, A+ Content, and robust catalog structures (parent/child variations) for every ASIN.

  • Change Control: Maintain a meticulous change log for every listing update to ensure a single, transparent record.

  • FBA/FBM Planning: Drive FBA replenishment planning (including peak-season and holiday cutoffs by SKU) and ensure FBM inventory counts reflect real-time stock levels.

  • Order Oversight: Execute weekly Seller Central order-check cadences and daily fulfillment-priority checks for key accounts.

Cross-Functional Project Management

  • Cross-Departmental Drive: Own follow-through on every Amazon-adjacent project—including digital asset libraries, book publishing, inventory programs, review programs, and B2B pricing—regardless of who executes the hands-on work.

  • Early Alignment: Loop stakeholders in early on packaging, pricing, or listing updates to prevent communication gaps and rework.

Communication & Reporting

  • Daily Alignment: Provide a daily plan and expected outputs to the Operations Manager.

  • Tracker Maintenance: Keep a centralized tracker (currently monday.com) updated with the status, next action, and due date for every open item.

What Success Looks Like

  • Zero Blind Spots: Every open Amazon item has a clear owner, status, and next action. Nothing sits unresolved in the dark.

  • Proactive Risk Mitigation: Account health issues, compliance flags, and appeals are caught and handled before they turn into critical emergencies.

  • Flawless Operations: Listings, inventory settings, and fulfillment channels are proactively accurate, not reactively fixed.

  • Momentum: Cross-functional initiatives touching Amazon move forward consistently with clear visibility into blockers.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: Proven hands-on experience managing an active Amazon Seller Central account across both FBA and FBM models.

  • Technical Knowledge: Deep familiarity with Amazon account health metrics, strict compliance guidelines, and the case/appeals ecosystem.

  • Ownership Mindset: Exceptional follow-through and the ability to drive projects to completion across cross-functional teams.

  • Communication: Crystal-clear, proactive written and verbal communication skills; comfortable providing daily status updates.

  • Organization: High attention to detail with background in catalog management, inventory planning, and tool utilization (experience with monday.com is a strong plus).

  • AI-Forward: Demonstrated ability to leverage AI tools to boost efficiency, streamline decision-making, and elevate output quality.

Plus, amazing perks at our brand-new Cedar Park office:

  • Onsite gym and private soundproof pods to focus or unwind
  • Sauna, ice plunge and red light therapy for ultimate wellness
  • Game room with pool and darts to connect and have fun
  • Fully stocked modern break room with snacks
  • Free organic eggs from our on-site chicken farm — yes, really!
