Neil Huffman Auto Group has an immediate opening for a Full-Time Automotive Internet Representative to join our team!

If you're friendly, organized, dependable, and enjoy helping people, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. We're looking for someone who can provide an outstanding first impression to customers who contact our dealerships by phone or online.

Best of all - this is a NON-SELLING position!

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls

Respond to customers who contact our dealerships through the internet, phone, and other online sources

Assist customers and schedule sales appointments

Provide a premium customer experience by responding to inquiries promptly, professionally, accurately, and courteously

Respond to emails and voicemails in a timely manner

Complete quotes and other administrative duties

Serve as a friendly and professional first point of contact for our customers
