Role Definition
This position supports customers with InSight Platform enablement, responsible for InSight Connect project management to “get units connected” to InSight Platform.
Responsibilities
• Responsible for connectivity projects, with low complexity, using standard connectivity solutions.
• Working closely with Customers, and Solar employees to define and execute InSight Connect network activation to enable Solar Digital products. Providing leadership in completing project tasks and customer service in interfacing with internal and external customers to support service agreement deliverables for connected equipment. Digital product sales support.
• Enablement project definition, design, management and completion. Technical documentation creation and updates. InSight Activation to get units connected. Diagnostic report creation and validation. Support InSight development initiatives.
• Occasional customer site visits to assess and/or execute works Training for field service and customers, as required. Continuous quality improvement. Collaborate with a team of Network & Systems Engineers to optimize and iterate on connectivity solutions.
