Overview
LACO Technologies is seeking an experienced Senior TIG Welder / Fabricator to support precision stainless steel and aluminum fabrication for custom vacuum systems. This is not production welding. The role focuses on engineered, one-off and small-batch fabrication where fit, finish, and quality matter.
You'll help weld & fabricate custom vacuum and leak testing systems used by leading organizations in aerospace, medical, automotive, and advanced technology industries. No direct assembly experience is required. We are willing to train motivated individuals who are eager to learn and grow.

Requirements
Key Responsibilities
- Perform TIG (GTAW) welding on stainless steel and aluminum
- Fabricate custom vacuum chambers, tanks, and assemblies
- Read and work from engineering drawings and blueprints
- Fit and weld pipe and tubing from 1/8 inch to 36 inches
- Inspect weld quality and finished assemblies
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years TIG welding experience
- Strong stainless and aluminum welding skills
- Blueprint and weld symbol reading ability
- Experience with large or complex fabrications
Compensation & Benefits
- $34 + $2.00 shift differential.
