Description

We cover the entire life-cycle, often beginning with defining a market where none exists, designing and building the product, training the customer on how to use the system, and supporting it in the field.
We are looking for a talented individual to add to our Deployment and Field Operations Team. We are looking for someone with the skills and experience to:
- Provide deployed operational support to our customers in the use of IMSAR's radar and other ISR systems on various manned and unmanned aircraft in operational environments
- Support demonstrations and other field operations of IMSAR's Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) sensors for a wide array of military, government, and commercial customers
- Continually support improvement of IMSAR's product line by gathering and providing customer feedback for continual improvement of IMSAR's products and services

These are some of the things that are important to us:
Required:
- First and foremost, you are a good fit for the team and will enjoy working with us
- Willing and able to operate IMSAR's sensors on small to large aircraft
- Willing to travel to and operate in remote and austere locations, CONUS & OCONUS, to include possible ship-based assignments
- Able to travel up to 100% of the time, occasionally for consecutive months to support deployed operations
- Experience in tasking, operating, and exploiting data from ISR sensors in an operational environment and in Processing Exploitation and Dissemination (PED) of GEOINT products
- Able to train small to large groups on the installation, maintenance, and operational use of IMSAR radar systems
- Familiar with military and/or government offices, entities, and chains of command
- Ability to obtain a DoD Secret Security Clearance
- Ability to support deployment and integration of Manned/Unmanned Systems in multi-domain operational environments
Desired:
- Experience with Synthetic Aperture Radar sensors, SAR Imagery, and radar Moving Target Indicator (MTI) data
- Experience with Full Motion Video (FMV) sensors
- Current DoD Secret or Top Secret Security Clearance
- FAA Part107 certification and experience operating Group 2 and 3 UAS
- Able to understand and troubleshoot complex technical systems
- Experience with aviation safety, procedures, and compliance
- Understanding of maritime domain awareness (MDA) workflows and contested environment communications (LPI/LPD)
