Responsible for partnering with the Sales Leadership to execute the sales process from initial inquiry to closing the sale to maximize club revenue through new business and customer acquisition. The product line for this role will be Tournaments.

Primary Responsibilities include the following:

  • Drive lead generation through cold-calling and business development

  • Manage prospect database and pipeline, including detailed notes and organization, utilizing CRM system

  • Schedule sales calls and business development activities to grow the pipeline with qualified leads

  • Deliver compelling, tailored club tours for qualified prospects

  • Execute sales strategies through timely follow-up and activities that produce high closing rates

  • Confidently ask for the sale, negotiate terms, and execute contracts with individuals, businesses, and organizations

  • Accurately forecast revenue, monitor booking activity, and identify trends

Required:

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience, quota carrying preferred

  • Demonstrated track record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing new business

  • Proficiency with CRM and pipeline management tools (HubSpot experience strongly preferred)

  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and execute multiple responsibilities

Preferred:

  • Experience in golf, club, or hospitality sales

  • Experience managing a book of corporate, association, or social event clients

  • Experience working across multiple properties or locations

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
