Wellsite Supervisor / Company Representative Location: Minot, ND Position Type: Contract Rotation: 21 x 21 (12 hr days) Duration: 1 year with opportunity for renewal W2 Pay: $1200/day (paid hourly $80/hr ST and $120/hr OT) Position Overview Teal Energi is seeking an experienced Wellsite Supervisor to oversee day-to-day drilling, completion, workover, and well intervention activities for a major energy operator in the Bakken region. This individual will serve as the primary company representative at the wellsite, ensuring all operations are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory and company standards. The ideal candidate will bring strong leadership experience in wellsite operations, a deep understanding of completion and intervention activities, and the ability to effectively manage multiple contractors while driving operational excellence. Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the Company's on-site representative and primary point of contact for all field operations.

• Direct and oversee daily activities of rig contractors and third-party service providers. • Ensure compliance with environmental, health, safety, and regulatory requirements. • Promote safe work practices and maintain operational integrity at all times. • Support the planning and execution of well completion, workover, testing, and intervention

programs. • Assist with completion design and fracture stimulation planning for new wells. • Monitor operations to ensure adherence to approved programs, procedures, and industry best

practices. • Prepare and distribute detailed operational reports utilizing WellView and other reporting

systems. • Develop well workover and completion briefs for field execution teams. • Track project expenditures against approved AFEs and support cost management initiatives. • Conduct economic evaluations and provide justification for AFE submissions. • Review well performance and production data to identify optimization opportunities. • Provide technical support to engineering teams on completion designs, fishing operations,

workovers, and production facility modifications. • Coordinate and communicate effectively with engineering, operations, and contractor personnel

to ensure project objectives are achieved. Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of wellsite supervision, completions, drilling, intervention, or production operations experience within the oil and gas industry.

• Proven experience serving in a leadership role at the wellsite. • Strong working knowledge of well completion and workover operations. • Experience managing contractors and multiple service providers in a field environment. • Current Well Control Certification. • Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. • Proficiency with operational reporting systems such as WellView. • Strong understanding of OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirements. • Knowledge of field compliance standards and industry best practices.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline preferred. • Experience with:

o Wireline operations o Fishing operations o Pressure pumping o TCP (Tubing Conveyed Perforating) o Pump-down operations o Hydraulic fracturing and stimulation activities

• Experience supporting unconventional shale development programs preferred.

Additionally, the employee should demonstrate manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination for using tools, operating machinery, and executing intricate tasks. Furthermore, employee must be able to use hands repetitively to finger, handle, feel, or operate standard office equipment. Effective communication, both orally and telephonically, is essential.
