Position Summary:
The Early Equipment Management Intern will support the implementation of Early Equipment Management (EEM) practices by assisting with equipment data migration, documentation standardization, database maintenance, and continuous improvement activities aimed at enhancing equipment reliability and operational performance.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of TPM (Total Productive Maintenance) principles.
- Experience working with technical documentation or data analysis.
- Familiarity with manufacturing, maintenance, or engineering environments.
- Advanced English proficiency preferred.
Required Qualifications:
- Active student pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum of 6 months remaining before graduation.
- Availability to work 6 hours per day.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong organizational and data management skills.
- Basic knowledge of maintenance and engineering principles.
- Ability to analyze and validate equipment-related data.
Positions Overview:
- Support migration of legacy equipment and maintenance information into the Early Equipment Management framework.
- Organize, review, and maintain equipment documentation, records, and standards.
- Assist with maintenance of EEM databases, trackers, and project documentation.
- Collect, validate, and analyze equipment and maintenance data to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Support the development of standardized templates, procedures, and reference materials.
- Provide administrative and technical support for EEM implementation activities.
- Collaborate with maintenance and engineering teams on reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
