Within Product Line DES Drivers & Energy Systems (BL China), we are looking for a Industrialization Program Manager to join our Operations team. Primary responsibility will be to manage automotive safety products portfolio from Release to high volume production. You will support the NXP and PL strategy regarding manufacturing footprint and diversification. The job will be located in Toulouse (France).

Your Job

In this role, you will be responsible to propose and develop the industrial strategy for your portfolio and be responsible for execution, need to balance Cost, Supply and Quality.

Manage stakeholder relationships and communicate with NXP internal and external partners to achieve your goals, this can include customer interactions.

Core responsibilities include: Industrial program, Cost Engineering, Volume Ramp Up and Safe Launch, Sustaining Project Management, Quality, Product dual sourcing and Transfers, Change Management, Supplier Management, Support Supply Chain Management, Reporting.

You will drive Product Portfolio management in collaboration with the Product segment team.  

You will report directly to the PL DES Operations Manager, and have to direct a team of dedicated Test and Product engineers mainly located in Asia to execute the defined programs.

Your profile

Coming from Master or PhD in electronics or micro-electronics, you master the following technical knowledge and soft skills

Minimum 4-5 years of experience in the semiconductors industry (Fabs, development, Sustaining, Quality), necessarily in the automotive sector.

Proven track record in managing project or global initiatives, understanding volume ramp-up, test and product engineering.

Knowledge of front-end and back-end semiconductor processes, lean manufacturing methodologies

Ability to collaborate efficiently, influence and coordinate internal and external interfaces; preferably track record of people lead

Experience in working with engineering community, comfortable with statistical concept and quality improvement methodologies and tools

Have basic product understanding

Experience with working in a multicultural and highly demanding customer environment

Knowledgeable in automotive standards (IATF 16949, AEC Q100), and customer interactions.

Self-starter, change driver, decision maker, balance strategic vision with strong execution. You are self-motivated and result oriented.
