Description
AMSG is seeking a Portfolio Manager Support Specialist to support the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and provide direct operational, analytical, and strategic support to DHS Portfolio Managers with stakeholder engagement, requirement prioritization, research and development lifecycle management, Integrated Product Team (IPT) coordination, business process execution, and senior leadership communications.

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, public administration, or related field.
- 8+ years of experience supporting federal programs or portfolios.
- Knowledge of DHS missions and R&D processes.
- Experience with requirements management and stakeholder engagement.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, ServiceNow, Power BI, and Tableau.
- Citizenship: US
- Secret clearance required.

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate DHS Component engagements and IPT activities.
- Assist with identification and prioritization of RDT&E requirements.
- Support portfolio reviews and strategic planning activities.
- Prepare executive briefings, reports, presentations, white papers, and fact sheets.
- Manage requirements within DHS business process tools and ServiceNow workflows.
- Coordinate senior leadership meetings and stakeholder communications.
- Support budget planning, PPBE activities, and funding documentation.
- Maintain awareness of component projects, requirements, and technology initiatives.
- Assist with technology assessments, capability analyses, and project transition activities.
- Facilitate the development of agreements, charters, MOAs, and MOUs.
