Physical Therapist – Rehabilitation
Location: Winnfield, Louisiana
Facility: Autumn Leaves Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, LLC
Job Type: Travel Assignment
Schedule: 8-hour day shifts, Monday–Friday
Hours: 40 hours/week
Autumn Leaves Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a Physical Therapist to support its rehabilitation services in Winnfield, Louisiana. The clinician may work between this location and another facility in Winnfield, with the same billing structure and schedule applying across both locations.
The position follows a consistent Monday–Friday, 8-hour day schedule from approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM. Occasional Saturday evaluations may be required, but these are not frequent. The schedule includes a dedicated lunch period without requiring the clinician to clock out, providing a structured workday while allowing the therapist to focus on delivering quality patient care and rehabilitation services.
