Senior Associates – Customer Experience Technologies (Western Union, LLC., Denver, CO)
Implement business requirements/ KPIs/ tracking requirements on company applications for data analysis in tools including Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Quantum Metric and Mparticle using front end technologies (5%). Work on creating and updating schema in Adobe Experience platform and assign necessary meta data to appropriate events and variables in data stream to be passed onto relevant data sets (5%). Create views in Adobe Customer journey analytics to understand and analyze user behavior, drop off points, performance of marketing initiatives and create reports as required by business teams for making informed business decisions and optimize marketing spend (5%). Create events based on requirements and implement those in Quantum Metric using front end technologies for various applications and help business teams identify page transition times, app crashes, API errors, rage and user frustration metrics (5%). Collaborate with Front end engineering team to integrate latest tool SDKs for mobile apps and web applications to comply with all rules and regulations (10%). Design ETL pipelines to make data available in the data warehouse for reporting needs in Mparticle (CDP) from various business applications (5%). Integrate data from various sources into Mparticle CDP to ensure a holistic view of customer interactions (10%). Perform code review of the events configured in tools including Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Customer Journey Analytics, Quantum Metric and Mparticle to make sure faulty code is not deployed which can restrict core business online (5%). Ensure data quality and consistency across different datasets (10%). Utilize the Mparticle CDP to Facilitate the collection, integration, and unification of customer data into multiple downstream applications including Braze, Amplitude and social media marketing partners including DV, Google Ads, Meta and Snapchat (10%). Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns and personalized customer experiences (10%). Create data visualizations and reports to communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders (5%). Document data analysis processes, Integrations and findings for future reference and knowledge sharing (5%). Assist in designing, developing, analyzing, testing and reviewing the quality of existing data (10%). Telecommuting may be permitted up to 2 days per week. When not telecommuting, must report to Western Union LLC at 7001 East Belleview Ave., Denver, CO 80237. Salary: $124,821 - $139,100.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s Degree or U.S. equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field, plus 4 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst, Developer and Business Analyst, or any occupation/position/job title performing Analytics, building data pipelines, integrating tools and Customer Experience Technology tools implementation (including Front End technology coding and backend data integration).
Must also have experience in the following: 4 years of professional experience working on AdTech tools including MParticle and Quantum Metric; 4 years of professional experience utilizing front end technologies including JavaScript, Angular JS, Angular 2+, HTML, CSS, and Rest APIs; 4 years of professional experience performing financial and quantitative data analytics including using data collection methods, summarizing, and presenting analytical findings, and applying statistical methods to real data; 4 years of professional experience utilizing ETL and ELT tools (including Talend and Matillion) for data extraction and transformation including designing, implementing, and maintaining ETL pipelines for moving data between different systems; 4 years of professional experience using Jupyter Notebooks to write and execute Python Code for data exploration, analysis, and visualization as well as using libraries including Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib, and Plotly to manipulate data and generate visualizations; 4 years of professional experience working on Front end technologies including Javascript, HTML, and CSS to develop code and track users’ analytics data points in time series format in various analytics tools; 4 years of professional experience using Adobe Experience Platform to work on data schemas for mapping appropriate meta data in relevant datasets for correct data view in tool UI; 4 years of professional experience using QuantumMetric tool to visualize, replay user sessions and identify user pain and error points throughout their journey online and resolve them at the earliest; and 4 years of professional experience using Mparticle CDP to work on integrating data from various SaaS and internal source systems into CDP and use it for creating segments and processing it in downstream applications to activate audiences for marketing activities.

Salary
The on-target earnings range is $124,821 to $139,100 per year, which includes a base salary and short-term and long-term incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on candidates’ qualifications, skills, and competencies.
