We are looking for a Strategic Planner to play a pivotal role in supporting both our Global Body Care category and the Neuilly Center of Excellence (COE). This unique dual-scope position offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of strategy, innovation, business intelligence, and organizational excellence while collaborating with global stakeholders across regions and functions.
You will report directly to the Global Body Care VP while working in close partnership with the Neuilly COE Director to help shape strategic priorities, governance processes, performance reporting, and communication initiatives.

Where You'll Make a Difference?
Support Global Body Care Strategy & Innovation (50%)
Support the definition and execution of the Global Body Care product design strategy, ensuring alignment between innovation initiatives and business priorities.
Drive category performance reporting, including pipeline, sales, budgets, wins, and key performance indicators, delivering actionable insights to leadership.
Coordinate integrated planning and governance across innovation capabilities, from idea generation through deployment and ROI assessment.
Support communication efforts across the global Body Care network, partnering with regional leaders, sales teams, and innovation stakeholders.
Facilitate knowledge management and information-sharing processes across the category.
Prepare management presentations and strategic updates for senior leadership reviews, summits, and business meetings.
Support the Neuilly Center of Excellence (50%)
Drive performance reporting and analysis, including pipeline, win rate, cost-to-serve, and other operational KPIs.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance Neuilly COE performance and decision-making.
Ensure governance and coordination of key COE activities in collaboration with other global sites, including New York, Singapore, and Hilversum.
Lead organizational communication initiatives related to business updates, strategy, and organizational changes.
Coordinate leadership meetings, track action plans, and ensure effective follow-through on strategic priorities.
What Makes You the Right Fit?
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Strategy, Marketing, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience in strategic planning, business analysis, category management, innovation management, consulting, or a similar role.
Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Strong stakeholder management and communication abilities within an international environment.
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with reporting and visualization tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across global, cross-functional teams.
Fluent English required; additional languages are an advantage.
How Would You Stand Out?
Experience in the FMCG, fragrance, beauty, personal care, or specialty ingredients industry.
Strong understanding of innovation pipelines, portfolio management, and governance processes.
Experience preparing executive-level business reviews and strategic presentations.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across multiple functions and geographies.
Experience working within a global matrix organization.
