Description

The Field Service Coordinator is responsible for communicating with builders and homeowners, ordering parts from multiple vendors, and managing installations to complete punch lists. The client base spans multiple states and includes both production-level and semi-custom builders.

Requirements:

  • Previous coordination experience in the building materials industry
  • Knowledge of construction basics
  • Proven ability to effectively track and manage multiple materials in a fluid, dynamic environment
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); BuilderTrend experience is a plus
  • This position offers work-from-home flexibility for the right candidate
Responsibilities:
  • Order and track materials from multiple vendors
  • Schedule labor before and after home closings
  • Track billing and open purchase orders through various builders' portals
  • Work with logistics partners to manage deliveries
