Team: Global Solutions COE

Reports to: VP/SVP, Solutions

About the Role

The Director, Global Programs leads a set of specialized teams that support Solutions Consulting globally: Value Consulting, Proposal Writing, Program Management, and Partnership Solutions. This is a broad operating leadership role — you'll manage a team of managers and individual leads spanning multiple disciplines and regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), ensuring each function scales in lockstep with the business and delivers consistent, high-quality support to the field.

You'll balance hands-on people leadership with program-level thinking: setting priorities across four distinct teams, resolving cross-functional dependencies, and reporting on the collective impact of these programs to Solutions leadership.

Key Responsibilities

* Team Leadership: Lead a global team of managers and individual contributors across Value Consulting, Proposal Writing, Program Management, and Partnership Solutions, including hiring, coaching, and performance management.

* Value Consulting Oversight: Guide the Lead and Senior Value Consultants who build the business case and ROI narrative for enterprise deals, ensuring consistent methodology and quality across regions.

* Proposal & RFP Strategy: Oversee the Proposal Writing function, ensuring RFP and proposal responses are timely, accurate, and consistently reflect Braze's positioning across regions.

* Program Management: Direct program management resourcing and process for cross-functional initiatives, ensuring the team has visibility, structure, and reporting cadence across the broader Solutions org.

* Partnership Solutions: Oversee the Partnership Solutions team and its regional Global Strategic Partnership (GSP) Solutions Consultant leads (AMER, EMEA, APAC), ensuring partner-sourced and partner-influenced deals get consistent technical and consultative support.

* Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner with Sales, Solutions Consulting, PMM, and Partnerships leadership to align priorities, staffing, and process across all four teams.

* Operating Cadence & Reporting: Establish metrics and reporting rhythms (e.g., proposal turnaround, deal support coverage, partner-sourced pipeline impact) to demonstrate program value to executive leadership.

* Scaling & Structure: Design the org structure and hiring plan needed to support next-stage growth across each function, including new regional coverage as needed.

Required Qualifications & Experience

* 8+ years in Solutions Consulting, program/business operations, or a related client-facing function within B2B SaaS, including 4+ years managing managers or multi-team organizations.

* Experience leading diverse, cross-functional teams (e.g., value consulting, proposal/RFP, program management, partnerships) toward a shared operating rhythm.

* Strong program management fundamentals: prioritization across competing initiatives, resourcing, and executive-level reporting.

* Familiarity with value engineering/ROI methodology and enterprise RFP processes is a strong plus.

* Experience supporting or partnering with a Partnerships/Alliances function, including partner-sourced deal motions, is a plus.

* Proven ability to operate across time zones and regions (AMER, EMEA, APAC), with a track record of building consistent global process.

* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort presenting to senior/executive leadership.

* Comfortable with ambiguity; able to build and refine team structure, process, and metrics from the ground up.

For candidates based in the United States, the pay range for this position at the start of employment is expected to be between $153,000 and $215,000/year, with an expected On Target Earnings (OTE) between $184,000 and $263,000/year (including bonus or commission).Your exact offer may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
