What you’ll be doing...

Design, implement, and maintain highly available, fault-tolerant, and scalable systems. Develop and implement comprehensive strategies for disaster recovery, business continuity, and system resilience. (15%) Proactively monitor system health, performance metrics, and capacity utilization. Respond to and resolve critical incidents with minimal downtime. Perform in-depth root cause analysis for all production incidents, implementing preventative measures and systemic improvements. Actively participate in on-call rotations to provide critical support for production systems, ensuring high availability and swift incident resolution. (15%) Design, Develop and maintain pipeline configurations, and provide CI/CD environment build automation using technologies like EKS, Docker, Artifactory, Python, Shell, Ansible, and GitLab. (15%) Implement, configure, and enhance the ELK/EFK Logging platform across on-premise and AWS environments. (10%) Develop and maintain sophisticated automation scripts and tools to streamline operational workflows, reduce manual intervention, and improve efficiency. (10%) Develop and implement next-generation monitoring solutions based on SRE principles. (15%) Design and implement cutting-edge AI-driven solutions for proactive anomaly detection, predictive maintenance, and intelligent system monitoring. Develop and integrate intelligent agents for automated incident response, self-healing systems, and proactive problem resolution. Utilize advanced machine learning models and techniques to optimize resource allocation, performance tuning, and capacity planning. Continuously evaluate, research, and integrate new AI/ML technologies and frameworks to enhance system reliability, efficiency, and operational intelligence. (15%) Provide expert technical guidance, mentorship, and training to junior SREs and other members of the engineering organization. (5%) 

What we’re looking for...

Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Computer Applications, or a related field, and 6 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or as a Software Architect, Software Engineer, Cloud and AI Engineer, Test Engineer, Member Technical Staff, or in a related/similar position. Experience therein to include in the following:

  • 6 years in Software Development Lifecycle including system analysis, design, coding, testing, debugging and documentation;

  • 5 years in Modern DevOps tools and practices;

  • 5 years using software build tools like Maven, Gradle, Ant, Vite, setuptools, and Jenkins;

  • 5 years using cloud technologies like AWS, Google Cloud (GCP), or Azure, and using Docker and Kubernetes;

  • 5 years building test automation frameworks using Selenium, Robot, Playwright, or Appium, and using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript, or Python;

  • 5 years developing and integrating web portals and dashboards to monitor SRE activities, and using frameworks like Next.js, React, or Angular; FastAPI, Spring Boot, or Express.js; and  Databases including PostgreSQL, SQL Server, Oracle, Elasticsearch and MongoDB; and 

  • 3 years developing Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions using LangChain, LangGraph, AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, GitHub Copilot/Cursor, and Google Gemini. 

Hybrid role, ability to work from home.

RATE OF PAY: $172,537-$231,000 /year

Where you’ll be working

In this hybrid role, you'll have a defined work location that includes working from home and a minimum of three days per week in the office, which will be set by your manager. Employees are responsible for maintaining compliance with hybrid work policies.
