These opportunities include potential placement into one of our Leadership Development Programs (LDPs) or other early career roles across the organization.
As a global company with opportunities spanning multiple businesses, functions, and locations, applicants are required to be geographically flexible and mobile for both their co-op assignment and potential future employment opportunities. Potential placement into co-op, LDP, or full-time roles is based on business needs and organizational priorities at the time of selection. Onsite and in-office work is an essential function of this role and a requirement of the position.

• Work collaboratively with other functions including program management, engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance, and finance to achieve business objectives.
Compensation & Relocation
Our Undergraduate co-ops offer an hourly rate between $18.50 - $28.75 dependent upon the role type and location you are supporting (aligned to respective cost-of-living guidelines). If eligible, a relocation stipend is offered in the amount of $5,000. Students must be located 50+ miles away from the physical location of the internship to be eligible for the relocation stipend. Please note that students are required to have a reliable mode of transportation to and from their assigned work location for the duration of their co-op.
