What We Are Seeking
We are looking for the best talent in the industry to support Bizagi’s rapid growth across Latam As a FP&A Assistant, you will review and give support to the Financial Planning & Analysis team with routine financial and administrative activities, helping ensure accurate reporting, data management, and execution of day-to-day planning processes.
Key Tasks & Accountabilities
- Assist with the preparation and consolidation of financial reports and spreadsheets.
- Support budget tracking and variance analysis activities.
- Update and maintain financial databases, files, and documentation.
- Collect, organize, and validate data required for forecasts and business reviews.
- Assist in preparing presentations and supporting materials for team meetings.
- Follow up on information requests with different stakeholders as needed.
- Perform basic data analysis and reconciliations under supervision.
- Support ad hoc administrative and analytical tasks assigned by the FP&A team.
Academic & professional Qualifications
- Technical student, recent graduate, or early-career professional in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and financial concepts.
Skills
- AI Fluency
- Basic understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting concepts.
- Ability to collect, organize, and maintain financial data with accuracy.
- Familiarity with expense tracking and administrative financial processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to data quality.
- Good organizational and time management skills.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to follow established procedures and work under supervision.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Experience
- At least 6 months of experience in finance, accounting, business administration, or related areas (internship experience is considered valid).
- Proficiency analyzing financial data in Excel.
- Familiarity in financial forecasting and diagnosis, corporate finance and information analysis.
