Role Summary
Responsible for Document to Data review, maintaining workflow volumes to meet internal and private investor Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Handles escalated loan-level issues and provides research assistance for complex matters to support client inquiries and cross-functional departments. Boarding newly acquired loans into the servicing system, verifying data tape accuracy, performing necessary follow-ups and capturing any missing data from the servicing side.

Job Requirements
Education
· Bachelor’s degree required
Relevant Experience
- Hold a Graduate (mandatory)
- Min. 3-5 years’ experience in BPL knowledge
- Must have loan processing experience
Technical Know-how/Tools used
- MSP experience is a plus.
- Experience with Sara tool is a plus

- Should have very high level of attention to details.

Operations Management
- Maintain Workflow: Maintains the workflow to meet internal Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Handle Escalation: Handles escalated loan level issues and provide departmental research assistance

- Analysis: Reviews mass analysis for anomalies and ensures accurate and timely analysis per RESPA requirements.
- Ensure Compliance: Adhere to organizational policies during data handling and matter tracking.
7. Coordinate with Stakeholders: Collaborate with relevant departments and stakeholders to gather accurate information and provide timely updates.
Stakeholder Management
1. Communicate with Onshore team and other related stakeholders on loans and to resolve issues to maintain a smooth flow of process.
