Department Overview
The Integrated Investment Team leads end‑to‑end media investment across linear, digital direct, audio, and programmatic channels. The team is responsible for delivering integrated, performance‑driven media solutions while maximizing trade value, spread, and long‑term partner opportunities. Integrated Investment works in close partnership with Sales, Strategic Partnerships, Analytics, Finance, and Executive Leadership to ensure best‑in‑class execution and scalable growth.
Position Summary
The Supervisor, Integrated Investment is responsible for overseeing campaign execution, managing day‑to‑day client deliverables, and leading Buyers and Associates across a portfolio of accounts. This role serves as a key point of coordination between internal teams, agencies of record, and vendor partners.
The Supervisor is accountable for ensuring campaigns are executed with accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to Integrated Investment best practices across the full campaign lifecycle, while supporting team development and elevating execution standards.
Key Responsibilities
Client & AOR Support
- Support day‑to‑day communication with agencies of record, ensuring timely delivery of updates, reporting, and campaign materials.
- Review campaign specs, briefs, and RFPs to ensure completeness and clarity prior to execution.
- Contribute to client-facing deliverables including media plans, reporting, and cross-channel insights.
Campaign Oversight & Execution
- Oversee the full campaign lifecycle across digital and traditional channels, including setup, QA, pacing, optimization, and wrap.
- Ensure all campaigns meet delivery timelines and performance expectations across assigned accounts.
- Review and approve campaign builds, ensuring accuracy across formats, budgets, and targeting prior to launch.
Vendor & Partnership Management
- Manage day‑to‑day relationships with vendor partners, including networks, publishers, and platform partners.
- Act as escalation point for rate negotiations and vendor-related issues.
- Ensure media plans and buy details are accurate, timely, and aligned with campaign goals and trade objectives.
Team Leadership & Workflow Management
- Manage, mentor, and develop Buyers and Associates across assigned accounts.
- Oversee team workload, prioritize deliverables, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Coordinate workflows across Integrated Investment, Programmatic, and partner teams to ensure efficient execution.
Operational Excellence & Governance
- Drive adherence to Integrated Investment best practices across the full campaign lifecycle, including buy evaluation, negotiations, QA, stewardship, and posting/verification.
- Ensure accuracy across campaign reporting, pacing, and documentation, maintaining strong operational rigor.
- Support reconciliation, posting, and campaign wrap processes in coordination with Finance and Operations.
- Identify opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, execution quality, and cross-team collaboration.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 4–6+ years of media buying, planning, or investment experience across linear and/or digital channels.
- 1–2+ years of team leadership, mentorship, or project oversight experience.
- Strong understanding of campaign lifecycle management, vendor negotiation, and performance optimization.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
