Job Description:

Key Responsibilities 

• To manage overall Sepang and Putrajaya site (AMCS and SAE) Facilities Management activities but not limited to preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all machineries and equipment, perform routine checks and ensure all are compliant with NAA Standards (cleanliness, fire protection, identification, safety)
• Ensuring that the access to AMCS and SAE facilities is properly controlled and recorded. Manage and ensure AMCS and SAE complying with Airport authority requirements, especially MAHB Pass.
• Ensuring that the National environment requirements are followed (EQA Act 127).
• Ensure proper waste management in accordance with guidelines from the Department of Environment.
• To ensure all Facilities Management domains are well taken care of but not limited to Plants/flower pots, waste management, scrap & Company car rental.
• Ensuring that the fire detection/protection system is always operational and all extinguishers are maintained as per manufacturer’s requirements and company policy.
• Respond to audit reports and ensure proper and timely corrective action plans are taken.
• Coordinates and monitors all service level agreements with Facilities Management providers and ensures they are fulfilled to agree key performance indicators for corporate services with the provider.
• Vendor Management & Contract review including supporting procurement to procure, evaluate and terminate the supplier.
• Managing and supporting the department in terms of new renovation / projects.
• Play active role in Health, Safety & Environment and ensure AMCS, SAE complies with DOSH & DOE
• Requirements. Liaison with the Central Environment team. Be part of the Emergency Response Team.
• Provide administrative support to AMCS and ensure smooth business process but not limited to courier service, stationery management, supporting during functions/event/celebration.
• Work closely with Finance and provide the budget required under Facilities, Security & Environment scope.
• Controlling budget, monitoring and forecast facilities and security costs.
• Provide support to AMCS General Manager as and when required but not limited to Enterprise Risk Management & others that deemed necessary.
• Establish and maintain the Site Security Plan to identify the risks and the environment specific to the site and means and controls to be put in place to appropriately address these.
• Assess and manage all Security risks: monitor them through a Site Security Risk Register.
• Responsible for security, crisis management of AMCS and SAE, coordinating the activity together with Central and other Airbus Entities in Malaysia.
• Implement and control Site Security Procedures in accordance with the Airbus Security policies, directives and procedures issued while complying with the national/state/city/legal , regulatory and contractual obligations.
• Upkeep and live Airbus Values, Leadership Model and Code of Conduct to be exemplary to others and to promote and increase the awareness of Airbus Values, Leadership Models and Code of Conduct.
• Carry out any other task as directed by the superior
