Quality Mobile Home Services is hiring immediately for full-time Experienced Remodel & Finish Carpenters. We serve our Central California territory, which runs from North Los Angeles to Salinas, with work dispatched out of Santa Maria.
This is our top laborer position. We are seeking experienced tradespeople who can take a remodel project from demolition through final finish work while delivering exceptional results for our customers. You will lead projects, maintain quality standards, and mentor crew members on the job site.
A reliable vehicle is required to travel to job sites. A truck is preferred.

What You'll Do
As an Experienced Remodel & Finish Carpenter, you will manage complete remodeling and repair projects while maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. Responsibilities include:
• Performing complete interior and exterior remodels from demolition through finish
• Completing finish carpentry, trim work, doors, windows, cabinetry, and detailed finish work
• Performing structural repairs, framing, subfloor replacement, foundation repairs, and leveling projects
• Installing, patching, finishing, texturing, and painting drywall to a professional finish standard
• Installing flooring, including tile, luxury vinyl plank (LVP), and carpet
• Repairing and installing siding, skirting, trim, awnings, decks, steps, and patio enclosures
• Diagnosing field issues and determining appropriate repair solutions
• Leading and mentoring assigned crew members
• Managing materials, coordinating work schedules, and keeping projects on track
• Conducting final walkthroughs with customers and ensuring satisfaction with completed work
Qualifications
• 5+ years of construction experience, including remodeling and finish-level carpentry
• Valid driver's license
• Reliable transportation to and from job sites (truck preferred)
• Proven finish carpentry skills and strong attention to detail
• Experience across multiple trades, including carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, plumbing, and siding
• Ability to read and execute scopes of work independently
• Ownership of a complete set of hand and power tools
• Professional communication skills and customer-facing experience
• Manufactured or mobile home experience strongly preferred
