In doing so, we have mastered the art of hitting aggressive lease-up goals and optimizing property operations to build strong, cash-flowing communities. To support our ongoing expansion, we are looking for additional Affordable Site Managers to oversee day-to-day operations at our communities. As our Site Manager, you will be the captain of the ship. On any given day, you will:
- Be the Compliance Expert: Keep certifications, tenant files, and waitlists strictly accurate and audit-ready.
- Lead the Team: Oversee leasing activities and coordinate with maintenance to keep the property looking pristine.
- Build Community: Connect with residents, resolve concerns gracefully, and host community events.
- Drive Financial Success: Collect rents and minimize delinquencies.

- Affordable Housing Pro: 2+ years of Affordable Housing knowledge (LIHTC/Tax Credit guidelines).
- Tech Savvy: You know your way around Yardi and Microsoft 365.
- Detail Obsessed: You enjoy double-checking tax credit files and numbers.
- People First: You have a passion for customer service and can handle tough conversations with empathy.
