About JOLT (Joint Operations Leadership Team):

JOLT is a cross-functional organization responsible for shaping operational strategy, aligning enterprise-level priorities, and driving strategic initiatives that improve operational excellence and strengthen customer trust. It serves as a hub function for the company’s operations and business units to:

• Develop mid / long-term operational goals & strategies to improve supply and manufactory capacity, agility and resiliency

• Support communication across various organizations / levels to drive company’s needle-moving programs in operations

• Quickly prototype software-based pilot solutions to digitally transform existing business processes

• Provide insights through data analytics to monitor and improve operational efficiency

JOLT strategy & PMO team works directly with JOLT executives to shape the overall 5-year strategy in annual strategic planning process, define annual operational plan (AOP), and track execution performance through quarterly business reviews (QBRs), leadership review forums, and strategic program portfolio management.

Role Responsibilities:

• Manage JOLT annual strategic planning & reviews (SR), quarterly business reviews (QBR) and internal senior leaders’ forums.
• Develop and own strategic program trackers, scorecards, and dashboard to provide performance visibility.
• Develop and deploy AI-enabled PMO tools and workflows that deliver executive insights, improve decision-making, enhance productivity, and accelerate execution.
• Identify functional connections, opportunities, and initiatives by partnering with Supply Chain, Manufacturing, BU operations, AGS operations, and Global Quality organization.
• Organize and coordinate JOLT executive reviews, governance forums, ensuring clear action tracking and accountability.
• Conduct strategic analysis and research on semiconductor industry, emerging technology/business, industry trends to inform executive decision-making.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong self-motivation and problem-solving ability.
• Comfortable with ambiguity in a complex, fast-paced environment.
• Advanced AI fluency.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).

Preferred Qualifications:

• In-depth knowledge of supply chain, manufacturing, and business operations in semiconductor industry.
• Program management experience.
• Experience in business strategy, operations, and analytics.

Salary Range:

$133,500.00 - $183,500.00

The salary offered to a selected candidate will be based on multiple factors including location, hire grade, job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and with consideration of internal equity of our current team members. In addition to a comprehensive benefits package, candidates may be eligible for other forms of compensation such as participation in a bonus and a stock award program, as applicable.

For all sales roles, the posted salary range is the Target Total Cash (TTC) range for the role, which is the sum of base salary and target bonus amount at 100% goal achievement.
