Summary:
As a Data Engineer, a typical day involves designing, developing, and maintaining comprehensive data solutions that support the generation, collection, and processing of data. The role includes creating efficient data pipelines and ensuring the seamless migration and deployment of data across various systems. Attention to maintaining data quality and implementing robust processes to handle data transformation and loading are key aspects of daily responsibilities. Collaboration with different teams to align data workflows and optimize system performance is also an integral part of the workday.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead the design and implementation of scalable data architectures to support business needs.
- Oversee the monitoring and optimization of data pipelines to ensure high availability and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing within the team.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Data Analytics.
- Strong experience in building and managing ETL processes to facilitate data migration and integration.
- Expertise in designing and maintaining data pipelines that ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Familiarity with data storage solutions and database management systems to support large-scale data operations.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues efficiently to minimize downtime.
- Experience working with cloud-based data platforms and tools to enhance data accessibility and scalability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
