As a Industrial Trinee - Unit Process Engineering 2 Atmospheric in our Research & Development team, you'll have the opportunity to merge creativity with your technical expertise by shaping the future of technology, driving groundbreaking projects, and bringing new ideas to life. Are you in? Your role Key responsibilities in your new role Perform process engineering and production support in one selected assigned area of semiconductor process. Work as a team between engineers from Manufacturing/Equipment/Technology/Quality to resolve production related quality issues in order to reduce production line disruptions. Support tools installations as well as process & technology transfers to meet company targets, following standard process & tool release business flow. Perform FMEA, risk assessment of process changes, with proper process change management. Ensure the robustness of processes with Advance Process Control (APC), Statistical Process Control (SPC) and other process control tools. Manage recipe and procedural control. Develop and maintain process & operation specifications as well as Out of Control Action Plan (OCAP). Initiate, coordinate and support excursion prevention, cost reduction and quality improvement projects. Your profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Master or degree in Engineering/Material Science/Physics/Chemistry disciplines or relevant qualifications are required.
