Project Role : AI / ML Engineer
Project Role Description : Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools, Cloud AI services, with proper cloud or on-prem application pipeline with production ready quality. Be able to apply GenAI models as part of the solution. Could also include but not limited to deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, image processing.
Must have skills : Machine Learning (ML)
Good to have skills : Generative AI

Summary:
As an AI / Machine Learning Engineer, a typical day involves designing and building advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies. This role requires integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to ensure solutions are production-ready and scalable. The engineer actively works on implementing generative AI models and may engage in diverse areas such as deep learning, neural networks, chatbot development, and image processing. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align AI solutions with business needs and continuous refinement of models to enhance performance are also key aspects of the daily workflow.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become a subject matter expert.
- Required active participation and contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve existing systems.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance.
- Ensure the quality and reliability of AI models through rigorous testing and validation.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Generative AI.
- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and their practical applications.
- Experience in developing and deploying AI models in cloud or on-premises environments.
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
- Ability to work with large datasets and perform data preprocessing and feature engineering.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
- This position is based at our BDC7B - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
