When it comes to working here we provide paid training and are always close by to answer any questions.
We offer optional commission-based sales for those with strong sales skills, with commissions usually being $100 per sale. Not all of our staff choose to work on commission, so if you’d prefer not to, that’s completely fine.
We're looking for people who are friendly and detail-oriented. Your responsibilities will include cryo-technician duties like running people through cryotherapy sessions, and administrative tasks (e.g. email management, contacting clients, etc).
Our work environment includes many company perks:
- Free Cryotherapy.
- Free fitness classes at various gyms around the city.
- Friendly staff.
- Relaxed atmosphere.
- Opportunities to learn soft and hard skills.
Vancouver: Reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required).
We strive to improve your strengths, develop them, and leverage them, not only so you enjoy your job and are effective at it, but so you can take those skills and apply them in other areas. If you're interested, we can teach you useful and practical skills like the fundamentals of branding, marketing, brand strategy, social media, business development, website creation, and design.
Our fitness class outreach program consists of having employees attend fitness classes around the city, we cover all class fees. We are encouraging employees to take advantage of this program as it helps increase community ties and friendships between small businesses across Vancouver.
