About the role
This role leads the HammondCare Research Governance Office and oversees governance, compliance and assurance activities across Hammond Innovations' research and innovation portfolio. It ensures all grant-funded, philanthropically funded and externally sponsored projects are effectively governed, audit-ready, and aligned with funder, contractual and organisational requirements.
The position promotes consistent governance practices across Hammond Innovations by maintaining frameworks, policies, templates, registers, approval pathways and reporting processes throughout the funding lifecycle. It also strengthens research governance capability across teams and stakeholders.
This permanent full-time opportunity is based at our Head Office in St Leonards, NSW, offering the chance to contribute to HammondCare's growing research and innovation portfolio.
