Job Description Summary
The Principal Product Manager is responsible for defining and executing the product strategy, roadmap, and digital transformation initiatives supporting Contractual Services Contract Margin Management, Cost Productivity, Contract Operations, and Enterprise Workflow Optimization.This role partners closely with business leaders, finance, operations, engineering, architecture, and product teams to drive process simplification, workflow automation, data quality improvements, and operational effectiveness across Contractual Services platforms. The Principal Product Manager translates complex business needs into actionable product capabilities and leads cross-functional teams to deliver measurable business outcomes.
This role will also take on full operational responsibility for Gen AI CSA T&C’s application and develop and execute on the strategic vision of embedding Gen AI T&C’s into business processes involving Outage Scoping and Contract Intelligence.
The role builds upon existing product management responsibilities through expanded ownership of enterprise initiatives, broader stakeholder engagement, and increased strategic influence while continuing to operate within the Product Management discipline.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:
Product Strategy & Roadmap Leadership
Lead the product strategy and roadmap for Contractual Services applications supporting contract margin visibility, margin review processes, cost productivity, compliance, and operational optimization.
Define and maintain multi-quarter product roadmaps aligned with business objectives, customer needs, and enterprise transformation priorities.
Drive the vision and evolution of integrated Contractual Services platforms through collaboration with business and technology stakeholders.
Establish measurable objectives, success metrics, and business outcomes for product initiatives.
Identify opportunities to simplify business processes and reduce manual effort through technology solutions.
Product Delivery & Agile Leadership
Own and manage product backlogs, ensuring appropriate prioritization of features, enhancements, technical debt, and operational improvements.
Translate business requirements into user stories, functional requirements, acceptance criteria, and delivery plans.
Partner closely with engineering, architecture, UX, and development teams throughout planning, design, development, testing, and deployment activities.
Facilitate backlog refinement, sprint planning, stakeholder alignment, testing validation, and release readiness activities.
Apply Agile product management methodologies to ensure predictable delivery and continuous value realization. Coach and mentor team members on Product Management and Agile best practices.
Digital Transformation & Business Process Optimization
Drive simplification and digitization of margin review, event cost management, forecasting, commentary management, compliance processes, and related operational workflows.
Lead initiatives that improve process efficiency, productivity, cycle time reduction, and business transparency across Contractual Services operations. Identify and implement opportunities for workflow automation, analytics enablement, and intelligent business process improvements.
Support adoption of advanced analytics, data-driven decision making, and AI-enabled capabilities that improve operational effectiveness and customer experience.
Data, Integration & Operational Excellence
Lead efforts to improve data quality, transparency, governance, and integration across platforms supporting contract operations, cost management, forecasting, billing, inventory, and service execution processes.
Monitor product performance, adoption metrics, operational effectiveness, and user feedback to continuously improve business outcomes.
Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve complex business and system challenges impacting operational performance.
Drive standardization of product processes, governance practices, and operational controls.
Governance & Stakeholder Leadership
Facilitate governance forums with business and IT stakeholders to review progress, manage risks, resolve dependencies, and align delivery priorities. Communicate product strategy, roadmap status, risks, and business outcomes to senior leadership.
Influence cross-functional stakeholders to achieve alignment on strategic initiatives, priorities, and investment decisions.
Provide technical and product leadership across Contractual Services digital transformation initiatives.

Education Qualification
For roles outside USA:
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering with minimum 8 years of progressive experience in IT Technical Product Management.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university or college.
- Significant experience in Product Management, Program Management, Digital Transformation, Enterprise Systems, or Business Process Modernization.
- Experience leading large cross-functional technology and business initiatives.
- Demonstrated success partnering across business, finance, operations, and IT organizations.
- Experience owning product strategy, roadmap development, backlog management, and Agile delivery processes.
- Strong understanding of Contractual Services operations, margin management, cost productivity, forecasting, compliance, and digital workflows.
- Experience with data integration, workflow automation, analytics, and enterprise platforms.
- Strong communication, stakeholder management, and executive presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting Contractual Services applications and operational finance processes.
- Experience with platforms such as AMP, Catalog Suite, ConFIRM, MyFleet, BLD, Escalation Factor, or related enterprise applications.
- Experience with AI-enabled workflows, intelligent automation, and analytics-driven process transformation. Experience with Gen AI CSA T&C’s application.
- Familiarity with Agile, SAFe, Lean, Product Management, or Program Management methodologies.
- Experience driving enterprise-scale digital transformation initiatives.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $134,100.00 and $223,500.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.
Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
