About the role:
As the Industry Group Owner for Cloud and Infrastructure Services (CIS), you will be responsible for driving business growth and customer success across our CIS portfolio. This hybrid role combines strategic sales leadership with technical acumen to support both new business development and account expansion. You will collaborate with industry sales teams, solution architects, and clients to deliver tailored cloud infrastructure solutions that align with business and technical needs.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Sales Strategy
- Lead CIS business development initiatives within the assigned geography.
- Drive revenue growth, customer retention, and satisfaction.
- Acquire new logos and expand existing accounts.
Client Relationship Management
- Build and nurture strategic relationships with key stakeholders in client organizations.
- Understand client business contexts and align CIS solutions accordingly.
Delivery-Led Growth
- Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure successful implementation and client outcomes.
- Leverage delivery excellence to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Ecosystem & Partnerships
- Develop and manage partnerships to enhance service offerings and market reach.
- Thought Leadership
- Contribute to industry publications, speaker sessions, and internal knowledge sharing.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):
- Annual revenue growth in assigned portfolio
- Total contract value booked per fiscal year
- Profitability targets met across engagements
- New client acquisitions
- Contribution to at least 3 thought leadership initiatives annually
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Proven track record of consistent revenue growth in IT services
- Experience in a similar role within a mid-to-large IT services organization
- Strong client network and account management experience
- Deep understanding of Cloud & Infrastructure Services (CIS) Service Line Sales
- Open to candidates from all industries with strong CIS domain expertise
Technical Competencies:
- Cloud Strategy, Migration, and Operations (IaaS & PaaS)
- Private and Hybrid Cloud Architecture
- End User Services – Digital Workplace, Service Desk
- Software Defined Infrastructure Operations
- Financial acumen for deal structuring and profitability management
